Computer randomly for almost no reason?

My computer has been "crashing" a lot lately, however, I can't seem to figure out why.
It never BSODs, it never gives me an error message, it just poof restarts right to the bios (my keyboard and case LEDs dont even turn off)

I used the Memory diagnostic tool built into Windows, nothing.
I cleaned all of my drives, nothing.
Made sure my CPU wasn't overheating, nothing.
I turned off "automatic restart on hardware failure" and it still restarted out of no where

I do have a minidump file that I do not have a diagnostic tool for - https://app.box.com/s/qau9q6hafmin9m3lan48svoy7x64dlui

What I do not understand, though, is that it never crashes under heavy load. It only crashes when I am browsing the Web or playing a game that involves little power.
I do have another power supply I could test with to see if it manages to be that for some reason, however it is a really bad and unreliable one and I do not even trust plugging my computer in to it anymore.

I have yet to try memtest86.
I have yet to try updating my BIOS (not even sure if there is one)
I could reinstall Windows (last option but will do if anyone thinks strongly)
Anything else to try?

Specs -
AMD FX6300
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
GTX 1050 TI
2 Hard Drives
1 SSD (boot)
Corsair CX600 (yes I know this isn't a fan favorite in the "techy" community

Thanks for any help provided

Actually, now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure I overclocked my CPU just a little bit over factory clock a few months ago.
I did not even think of this and will check it out.

What is the best way to go about updating drivers. I know there is a flash BIOS function in the BIOS but I am not sure how it works.
