A couple months ago my computer would randomly freeze while playing games, my computer wasn't under any heavy load and temps were normal so I don't think that was the issue. I tried a bunch of different things and eventually got it to stop happening but now it is starting to happen again. Under system logs whenever it freezes it has an error from WHEA-Logger "A fatal hardware error has occurred". Sometimes the computer automatically restarts after it freezes and sometimes I need to power it off myself. Also sometimes when I get the WHEA-Logger error I also get a bugcheck error "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000101 (0x000000000000000a, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80317102180, 0x0000000000000000) " but this doesn't happen every time. I'm not sure if this is an actual hardware error or maybe a driver error. I've tried using WinDbg and Driver Verifier to help diagnose the problem but whenever I use Driver Verifier it doesn't help me identify any bad drivers I just get a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bsod and then my computer bsod loops.

Specs:
i5 13600k
MSI Ventus RTX 3080 10gb
MSI Meg Z690I Unify
Corsair Vengeance 32gb DDR5-6000
EK AIO Basic 240
Corsair SF750 PSU
Lian Li Dan A4 H20

include your complete system specs with the make & model of all components.
also include the overall time in use with the power supply info.

tried using...Driver Verifier to help diagnose the problem
make sure you get latest driver packages directly from manufacturer product support pages.
3rd party tools do not keep updated lists of all of the hardware available on the market.

I added my specs into the original post. As for overall time while in game it can last anywhere from one minute to over two hours and while not in a game I haven't noticed it crash yet. Since the original post I have also uninstalled my graphics drivers with DDU and installed the newest version but that hasn't helped.

any AAA game and even a large portion of indie titles out there are definitely running under heavy load.
temps were normal
what do you consider "normal"?

get a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bsod and then my computer bsod loops
first i would usually;

make sure you're on the latest BIOS version available for the board,
try a few rounds of MEMTEST,
try a Windows SFC scan,

When you built the PC was it with a clean install of Windows? Have you tried a clean boot to rule out any sort of 3rd party service?

Personally, I suspect some sort of memory related issue, I would lean even more in that direction if windows is clean.

The game I've been playing is Warframe, while playing my CPU is at 60°C and at 13% load and my GPU is at 65°C and at 45% load. I already ran a SFC scan last night and it said files were repaired but I haven't noticed if that helped yet.

I've been meaning to run Memtest but I need to find a flash drive, I've used the Windows memory diagnostics before and it didn't detect any issues. I did do a clean install of Windows when I built it, I'll try doing a clean boot next.
