My computer randomly cuts off for over a year, keeping the room cold makes it happen less. I don't have the best cpu fan, i haven't reapplied the thermal since i built it (been about 2-3 years), I also called EVGA some time ago about my power supply, based on things in the bios he said they'd warranty swap it since a number shouldn't fluctuate as much. I also very recently (had the problem before, but feel it's worse now) had a mouse keep making it's way into my desktop, a lot of times it'd shut off when i hear it in there. I do have the sides off to help prevent overheating and set traps.
I also don't know if this could be a software problem either.
Lastly, I am somewhat worried if the warranty won't be upheld because of the mouse. Please help, thanks.
