Hi guys,
My computer will randomly HARD freeze/hang. My screen will stay at it is forever and there will be no response from my keyboard or mouse. The only solution is to hard reboot my computer.
Any solution? Please assist! Thanks!
More Info:
If my computer hangs when I am watching a video or playing games, my speaker will produce a loud buzzing sound. If it hangs let say at my desktop when there is no audio ouput, it will not produce any sound but just hang.

No overclocking is done
Window OS and BIOS version is up to date
Graphic driver are up to date and I also did clean installation but does not fix the problem.
I request for a change of graphic card (exactly same model MSI Nvidia GTX 660 TF 2GD5/OC) from my retailer. I change but does not fix the problem.
I send my CPU to my retailer for diagnose and servicing. They did memtest and etc... and found out NO issue with my hardwares. They changed my power supply just in case the previous one is faulty. However, it still did not fix the problem.
I have NOT YET reformatted my computer but was told to do so by the retailer. I find it too drastic but if there is no solution from here then I will do so.
Custom made CPU purchased from a retailer:
OS: MS Window 7 Home Premium
Processor: Intel Core i5 3.40 ghz
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2 x 8gb)
Graphic Card: MSI Nvidia GTX 660 TF 2GD5/OC
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK
Harddisk: Western Digital 1TB
