Computer Randomly Hardlocking/Freezing

Hello,

Recently (within the last two weeks) my computer has started to randomly hard-lock or freeze, requiring a full reboot. I've ran a mem64 test and it's come back green so I'm not sure where else to look.

If this system is overclocked bump up the cpu voltage. That is what normally makes computers hard lock.

I currently have my i7-5820 @ 4.5Ghz and 1.3V, what should I change to voltage to?

Adjust it up till it stops hard locking, in very small increments. Make sure you watch your loaded temps.

I adjusted the voltage and ran it through testing but I reverted the changes back to 4.5Ghz @ 1.3v and then tried moving my 980Ti to regular stock settings, after that I haven't seemed to have a problem. Unfortunately that means one of my 980Ti's cannot be OC'd, is it possible to have it replaced through EVGA?

Not if it runs at stock speeds without fail.
