My computer keeps restarting whenever when I start csgo games or get into a Team fight on League & sometimes while im playing Skyrim. I cannot figure out the problem, ive tried reinstalling all of my drivers and deleting the old ones. Didn't have any change. I'm starting to think i might be overheating? but my CPU doesnt ook like its running THAT hot.

Your temps are fine then. I noticed you didn't specify on what brand and model your PSU is. If it is a lower end version then it might not be able to deliver the necessary power to everything right off the bat. If you have everything powered off of one 12V rail on the PSU then that is too much draw when you start to push the system. You have enough wattage in the PSU, but it isn't one that provides an adequate amount of voltage it looks like. Let us know what brand a model and we can go further.
