Computer randomly restarting.

Hey,
Ever since last night my computer has been constantly rebooting itself while playing counter strike. I get no error message or anything, it just turns off and then back on again.
It's very frustrating especially when I'm in the middle of a game.
Help me please :/

Your PC might be overheated. Check your temps with program like Speedfan.
