Question Computer randomly restarts and ram stops working?

Hey guys I recently built a brand new PC almost everything is new other then some fans. Recently I have been having an issue where out of the blue without any warnings my screens will lose signal along with my keyboard and mouse and then my PC will restart. Not only that but after it fully turns back on. The rgb for my ram will be frozen and then I will either have only 4gb of ram available or half. In my computer settings it will still say that I am using two slots just that the amount the sticks have is half of what's available so 4gb or 15gb. The only way I have been able to fix this is by shutting down and unplugging and plugging back in the ram with the frozen rgb.

This problem is very inconsistent when it happens, I could just be browsing the internet or play a video game when it happens with no issues for a day or two. I don't know if this is related but randomly I also experience small stutters/freezes usually not noticeable for me to care.

I have replaced the ram as well as run memtest86+ so I don't believe the ram is the problem.
Cooling should also be good as I've kept an eye on it when under heavy loads and never saw crazy temps.
I have also updated all the drivers including BIOS.

I just wanted to see what some people thoughts where on what could be causing the issue. Thanks a lot for any help provided and let me know if any other information is needed.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus WIFI
Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 2x16gb
Samsung 870 EVO

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
For the sake of relevance, please mention the BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment.

The only way I have been able to fix this is by shutting down and unplugging and plugging back in the ram with the frozen rgb.
Have you tried working with another set of ram? Also, which slots are the rams populating on the motherboard? Can you inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins?

Hello my specs are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
CPU cooler: Corsair H150i Elite Capellix XT
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus WIFI
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 2x16gb
SSD/HDD: Samsung 870 Evo
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070
PSU: Corsair RM850x
Chassis: Corsair 4000D Airflow
OS: Windows 11 x64
Monitor: Gigabyte G27Q & Acer XF243Y
I think my BIOS version is from 5/16/2023

I have tried working with a different set of ram and still had the issue. I looked at the CPU socket and do not see any issues there. The ram is in the A2 and B2 slots.

Temporarily swap out the PSU.
