Computer randomly restarts/crashes with no error

Hi, so out of no where today my PC has started randomly restarting with all kinds of stuff happening.

Today I turned my computer on like normal when it restarted and it was stuff on the ASrock splash screen. I could not do anything and my mouse wouldn't even light up. Restarting would make it instantly start back up and the fan would pulsate like turning off and on in short bursts.

After a while for no reason the PC turned back on and worked normally. It would restart a few times randomly id say 3-4 times it would restart and run back to normal (I just started as I was typing this)

One time it restarted and refused to come back on. I had a black screen for almost 15 minutes and I kept turning the PC of and on. It wouldn't allow me to do anything. It eventually worked

I have a
ASrock fm2a88m extreme 4 mother board
a R7 265 video card
AMD a8-6600k APU CPU


Please help me I have no idea whats happening

Small update, ever since I posted this its not crashed or restarted. I wouldn't say its fixed but maybe thats some important info
