Lately i have been having an issue with my PC where when i start doing anything intensive (Eg: Playing a game like BF 3 or Arma, Rendering 3D models) the computer will randomly restart without warning and reboot, when it does it asks to start windows normally. When the computer finally boots it comes up stating windows en-counted an error, the images below show this message.

I can't seem to figure out what the issue is, my guess is the power supply for the simple fact i had a 750w that broke. So i bought another under the impression that it was the same size when in fact it was a 270w. The 270w power supply has worked fine for the past few months but i think this is the weak link that is causing all my issues. I will be getting a new power supply as soon as i have the money. Any help or hints would be appreciated.

My System:
Motherboard: ASRock 970DE3
Processor: AMD FX-8350
Graphics Card: Radeon HD 6850
RAM: 8GB
Hard Drive: Seagate 250GB, 1TB Seagate (External)

I use CPUID to check the temps and non have ever gone to a level i deem a problem, they have been a lot higher before and the computer worked fine. Any ideas what the error message means?
