Hi,

about 1-2 times a week my pc randomly resets.

Here is some information from the crash:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000100c40048, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8061d84c3a0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: c900c178-5aa2-4fd1-8a6a-140f35a2c5e1.

I also occasionally get 'memory management' bluescreens (could be related).

This happens when I am playing World of Warcraft Shadowlands.

If I need to include any other information please let me know.

Thanks.

A CMOS reset + A clean windows install should take out software issues from the equation.
It does look like a RAM related issue, you'll need to provide system specs for that.
