I'm not sure the cause of this problem or the fix but would appreciate any help. I have a 4070 TI with a 4k monitor and a 2k secondary monitor. Everything normally runs fine/normal but randomly my computer will start running loud and immediately black screen. The only way to fix it is to restart my computer.

I'm suspecting it's a heat issue (PC may be overheating) but I don't know how to confirm that or adjust fan speeds (I'm on Windows 11). This PC is only a few months old and this is the only problem I've been running into. I looked into graphics card drivers but those seem up to date

If you think it's an overheating issue, you might want to monitor your temps. Use HWInfo or HWMonitor or both to corroborate your findings. You posted this thread in the prebuilt section, are you sure it's not a system built at a shop...?
Thank you I will try that later today. And sorry I wasn't sure where to post this. I bought this PC from Best Buy already assembled

I am not currently home to test but if my GPU/CPU is at high temperature do you happen to know how to access BIOS setting or turn up fan speeds on windows 11? My case itself doesn't have any buttons to manually do so. Thank you
