Computer Randomly Shuts down And Restarts

My specs are i5 3470 gtx 760 16gb of ram corsair cx500m asrock ext 4 motherboard. Does anyone have any information on this problem and how to fix it is it hardware or software I already ran a virus scan so it cant be that.

Could be the power supply.

Could be temps.

The last thing I expected to fail would be the power supply I mean its running fine right now but all be in the middle of watching or video or playing a game and the it just decides to shut down and restart for whatever reason.

Have you looked at the Windows logs (control panel > event viewer) to see if any information was reported (power issue, heat issue, driver issues, etc....)?

I Picked yours by solution by mistake but at 10:46 which Im assuming was the last restart I got this error ISCT - CAgentService::AgentServiceInit iSCT 3.0 BIOS implementation was not detected - fall back to support 2.x functionality

I also get this error at 10:46 The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Do you have the Intel Smart Connect driver installed , sometimes this causes issues.

I just repaired Intel Smart Connect technology Driver I don't know if it fixed it or not.

That driver when corrupted can cause plenty of issues.
