Computer randomly shuts down while gaming, can't turn it back on without resetting the psu and waiting

This is only started happening, recently. Last year, I bought a seasonic 800w gold psu so I don't think that's the issue. It just happens during really intensive games like the paradox games on speed 5.

It looks like your CPU is hitting 100C which is likely the problem, or am I missing something.
