Hi guys,
So my custom-built desktop PC has been randomly shutting down recently. The entire computer will just power off occasionally, (mostly when I run games, and more frequently with higher graphics games).
At first I thought it was an overheating issue so I took it apart and cleaned it but it still would shut off. I tried cleaning it again, this time removing the graphics card and cleaning it deeply, and then even cleaning the cpu by removing and adding thermal paste etc...
I thought it would fix the problem but it didn't so I downloaded a program that monitors the computer internal temperatures and according to the program my temperatures were very stable, (around 30-50 degrees Celsius for the cpu and graphics card). However, it still would randomly shut off, which leads me to believe it isn't an overheating issue.
If anyone has any ideas on what it could be help would be appreciated!

Hey, I've been having a similar problem. Do you get a BSOD or a 'Shutting Down' message? Or does it black out instantly?

It just blacks out instantly. No warning or anything.

Hi! I've also had a similar problem. Here are my specs. Maybe we can figure this out at the same time.
Here are my specs:
AS Rock X79EXTREME 4 motherboard
Intel i7 4930k Processor
32 gbs of RAM
EVGA GTX 1070 Video Card
Corsair H110i Liquid cooler
Thermaltake Smart Masow Series 850 Watt 80 Plus Bronze addition SP-850AH3CCB
Windows 8.1
My computer just got a new cooler and video card and all the parts were cleaned out at the shop as far as I know.
