Computer Randomly Shutting Off

Okay, I have had some thermal problems lately and I think that might have something to do with this, but I recently changed out the thermal paste and when playing gmod I get a max temp of 60 celsius. I might just have to get a new heatsink but, my PSU is just some random one from some company i dont know, I am going to get a Corsair CX600M soon but that might not fix the issue. So pretty much I was just playing gmod when my computer turned off and my monitor lost signal, there was no restart or anything and I had to turn it back on.

CPU: FX-6300 (not overclocked btw)
Mobo: MSI 760GM P34FX
RAM: 8 GB Vengeance LP
PSU: 600W ATNG Power Co.
1 TB HDD
GPU: XFX R9 270
