I installed a few adobe products, and then I made a few templates. I restarted my computer. When it rebooted, all of the animations, games, etc look like they are at 12fps. I have tried restarting and updating windows/drivers.

Specs:
GTX 650
8gbs RAM
Asrock a55m-HVs

I have fixed this issue, it was my own stupidity.

Seems like you haven't cleaned your computer in a long time. This might help:

Download a program called CCleaner: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

Run the program, in the installation, follow the steps instructed.

After you have installed all of your programs, you will start in the Cleaner tab. Select which options you want to wipe and which options you do not. Then, click on the Run Cleaner button. (If you leave the browsers with no changes, you can lose all of your passwords and website cache.)

Well first if you don't already have so, Download MSI Afterburner. Once you have done that report back and i'll tell you the next instructions
