Computer randomly starting, attempting an update, and getting stuck.

My computer needs some Windows 10 update, but my computer always gets stuck at a certain percentage (30%, sometimes 23%) and it will freeze. Sometimes, my computer will randomly turn on to do this upgrade and get stuck, and I have to manually restart it in order for my computer to work.

What upgrade is this, and how can I get my computer to stop randomly turning on?

I've actually tried that--it gets stuck overnight as well.
