[SOLVED] Computer randomly stops working

My computer randomly stops working after booting up. This is my first computer that I built myself. It all went without a hitch. But after using it for about a month, I have noticed that about once a week it randomly black screens and periferals stop working. Since my mb is B450 tomahawk max, it has a neat option that when something stops working, led diode for that component starts shinning. And the cpu is always the one which led diode shines. The problem always appears right after I turn it on and it loads everything, never when cpu is under the laod. I have checked the temps and voltage and they seem fine. I was afraid i bent the pin on the cpu, but when I was changing stock cooler for an aftermarket one, I checked it, and it was good. Note that everything is brand new except graphics card and one ssd that is 97% health, and most of the stuff is there except windows which is on my nvme ssd. Nothing is overclocked. I have 5 fans in my case so the airflow should be good. I use it 3, 4 hours a day for apex legends and some sports games. At other times, its turned off.

B450 Tomahawk Max is on the latest bios 7C02v35 it may just be something in the bios worth a shot at first.
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX

to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard
why such a low end PSU with such a high end system as for it powering an Rx580 I think that is were the problem is only my view.

Evga g2/g3
Seasonic focus/prime
I would recommend an EVGA SuperNova Gold G2 / or new G3 /GS / GQ, Platinum P2 / PS, or Titanium T2 or a Seasonic M12-II Evo or S12-II
GOOD PSU EVGA is a B2, G2, G3, P2, GS, PS, or T2. Avoid the EVGA B1 and G1 series/ I bought a EVGA G3 with 7year garentee

Well i cant know for sure if its faulty psu, but 650w bronze is more than enough to power this system. I mean I never had problems with it under load or while stressing my gpu. Also, my rig costed around 600e so its more low to mid end imo and in my country psu are crazy expensive, so this was the best that I could really afford. After I hear more opinions I will probably take it to the specialist. Thank you for your fast feedback.

I would also suggest replacing the PSU with a good quality one, like this one Corsair RM750 750 Watt 80+ Gold Fully Modular PSU/Power Supply or the ones that RARRAF suggested. I need to know which country you are in to suggest a PSU though.
I am from Serbia, we dont have good prices in our parts shop, plus shipping is crazy expensive, usually 60 dollars per component. I have 3 years warranty on this psu though. I am just afraid that they wont be able to replicate this problem or if its software problem rather than hardware one.

You can see if it's a software problem by either booting up in safe mode or make a bootable linux distro on a usb see if the problem still happens in linux mint or whatever

What do I do after I boot in safe mode? Is there a procedure which I can follow to see if there is any problems software wise. Thanks in advance.

I will try updating it for sure. My version is 3 months old but its worth a shot at least. Thank you for all your help. I havent seen any problems for 5 days already. If nothing works, I will take it on troubleshooting to a specialist. Thank you both RARRAF and Flayed for all your help.
