For over a year and a half now I have been having an issue where, when playing Rocket League specifically, my game will randomly tab out, and sometimes my entire PC will freeze and become unresponsive. For about 20-30 seconds I still have audio and can hear my friends talking in discord and videos playing if there are any, but they can't hear me back. Also worth noting that my Rocket League audio freezes in that moment. Only way to fix is by restarting my PC via power button.
The most frustrating factor is that this PC has been almost completely different parts from when this issue first occurred, with a bit of crossover between getting new components. I have also freshly installed windows on a brand new drive thinking that might work. For a while the issue went away, but it resurfaced this past week and has been very bad I've continuously updated NVIDIA drivers as well as windows and it doesn't seem to make a difference. My problem details are as follows:
