Computer randomly turning off whilst gaming?

So ive run into this issue a few times, where the computer, whilst gaming will just switch off.. no log out screen, no shutting down screen. Just Black..

What could the issue be? Power Supply? CPU Fan, GPU Fan? D:

Yeah then cpu is overheating. Clean the dust out of the case, make sure you've got good airflow. If you are running stock cooling might want to consider a new cooler. The hyper 212 evo is good for the $$ imo.

60 is the upper end for these cpu's, should not get that hot. I've got aftermarket cooler on my fx 8120 that's overclocked, with aftermarket air cooling mine gets to 40s and low 50s under full load.

So you think thats the only issue? The graphics card seems hot too :/

Graphics cards can go up to like 90 degrees Celsius so think you are good there. Just make sure you have good airflow around it.

Yo, cleaned out the headsink and added some fans to the case that were laying about in an old box.

Much better. Want to be sure you are stable, run Intel burn test on it. That will heat your cpu way up. If it does not shut off you should be ok.

Got up to 55 degrees didnt shut down 😀

Should be stable. Now get the 212 evo, and overclock for extra performance lol.
