My computer recently started shutting down randomly again. I've has this problem before and i have no idea how i fixed it before. After the problem started again, I went and bought a new PSU with higher wattage to see if the issue was there and there was no change. I also bought a new SSD to see if it was a hard drive problem, but still no change. I've done a memtest on a USB and while it didnt turn off during the test, it still passed. I was wondering if anyone had any kind of recommendation, i dont have the resources to be able to change out parts and see where the problem is but if there is anyone who might know, i would appreciate it.
My specs are;
AMD FX-8320 8 core processor
Toshiba 120gb ssd
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
Corsair 2 x 4gb RAM
Corsair 650 watt PSU
GTX 970 Graphics Card
Its running windows 10 too and has the stock cooler for the CPU and 2 corsair fans in the case.
I noticed something in event viewer, DHCPv4 client registered for shutdown notification meaning. I'm not sure what this means but it had the word shutdown in it so i thought someone might be able to get something from that.

Solution
That is extremely high temp for that CPU, you definitely need to clean the cooler and replace the paste.

If you are willing to invest into a much better yet affordable cooler, get Deepcool Gammaxx 400. Make sure you have at least 160mm clearance between the motherboard and the side panel of your case - if the case is very small, it might not fit.
The first thing to check would be your CPU temperatures, especially under load. This is even more important to check because you have a stock cooler. Dust might have accumulated over time, and it is questionable whether the contact between the CPU and cooler is still good. In either case, your CPU should never exceed 62C. If it does, you will need to clean the cooler and replace thermal paste. Maybe even get a proper 3rd party cooling solution for your CPU.

I've checked the temps before and people said they were high, right now after it being off for a few hours they started at about 55c and since i started writing this while being in the bios theyve gone up to 79c. I'll try replacing the thermal paste and see if that fixes the problem. If not would you have any recommendations for a cheap cooler? Thanks
