Computer randomly turns off then on again, boots fine no errors

Hi,

recently changed my whole rig and past week my comp has been turning off then turning itself back on again within 1 second and boots up fine,

i7-8700
gtx 1070
16gb ram
650 cx 650m power supply

what could be causing this any help would be appreciated.
