I checked my logs in event viewer and it's not currently providing any hints as to what could be causing the error.

I'm running Core Temp and the max temp recorded is a 55 C before crashing but the highest I've seen running was a 44

Here's a list of my build it's fairly new as well I got it a year ago

Thank you for any insight on to what might be the problem as I'm completely stumped and not very familiar with troubleshooting.

Any overclocks, voltage mods etc? what software do you run at background during gaming? what OS? Does the PC turn off or restart or is it stuck (with or without a sound repeating itself)? Does it turn off during any game or just one game? From easiest to hardest, i'd suspect from the software first, then RAM (1 of the sticks could be damaged maybe not all). You could run a memtest during the night (it should run continuously for like 10+ times in order to be able to detect issues)

No nothing is overclocked and there are no voltage mods. The only software I run in the background while gaming is a chrome browser. The computer shuts off during any game. I will try running a memtest later today after work. Thank you!
