Computer Rating Problem

I'm running windows 7, Well last week i switched my cpu cooler from stock to a Enermax ETS-T40 FIT. After turning my computer for a comple of months, I went ahead and tried to do a computer rating. When i clicked on rate this computer a windows popped up showing Windows System Assessment Tool has stopped working. I was wondering if any of you could help me fix this, Thanks!.
