So, when I render in Sony Vegas my computer is really loud it's outrageous. I can't even do anything on my computer because it's so loud that it's bothering me.

Here are my PC specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 2.40 GHz
RAM: DDR3 Dual Channel 8 GB
Mainboard: Asus CM6870
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 (Asus)

Does anybody have an idea what's going on and know if I should upgrade my computer?

Rendering is a very big task on a CPU, depending on what you are rendering the work load will be different thus the temps will be different, thus the fans will spin differently and emit different variations of volume. In order to quit down the cpu fans while still being able to handle the same task would be to upgrade some parts. The first and cheapest part to upgrade is the cpu fan. I am guessing you are using the stock cooler. you could get a cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu fan for around 30 dollars, or go for a closed loop water cooler, ranging from 60 to 100 dollars. The water cooling is betting than the air cooler, however the hyper 212 is a big bang for the buck, and I recommend you go with that instead of water cooling. The next...

The next thing you could upgrade, coming at a much steeper price would be the cpu. You are using an older cpu with much less efiiceny than the 4th and 5th gen cpu's. If you are looking to upgrade your cpu, resulting in somewhat lower temps and noise, and a big performance gain, I recommend going with a i5-4690k, coming in at around $330, or you could go into more performance with i7-4790k. Upgrading the cpu fan fist is a better idea to do first however.
