Computer reboots as soon windows logo appears after loading files screens

Hello,

Specs:
Core i-3 2100
Crucial 4gb x 2 - passed MemTest86 with no errors
GA-Z68M-D2H motherboard
USB-CD-ROM
Lanbox Lite Case w thermaltake 430 psu


No matter which version of Windows &, 8, 32-bit, 64-bit) I try to load (or even Ubuntu), as soon as the loading files page finishes and the starting windows pages loads, the computer reboots.

I am using the onboard graphics DVI port but have also used an Nvidia card.

Can this be a motherboard issue? Should I replace my motherboard or is there another reason?

I did everything on the post/boot problems thread.

If I need a different motherboard, which one should I get?

I've installed an Asus CD-Rom and Crucial 64GB SSD. Both are recognized by BIOS during setup. Same error.

Seems like motherboard issue. Could it be problem with integrated graphics?

Did you solve this? I have exactly the same problem with windows 7. Different motherboard, asus p8z68v-gen3 also using integrated graphics..

any clues appeciated

It was a dead motherboard. Replaced it and everything works fine now.
