computer reboots at windows logo after installation of GPU drivers

I am running win 7 pro on my newly built rig but it reboots after installing the GPU drivers.

My computer works fine on the integrated GPU however.

CPU: Intel i7-4770k

MOBO: MSI Z87-GD65 Bios V1.10

GPU: MSI Gtx 780ti Twin Frozr 4S OC

PSU: Enermax 850w Platimax

I tested my GPU on a friend's setup and it works fine, So im certain that I dont have a faulty GPU. I have been trying to solve this problem for the past couple of months and still no fix. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Have you tried removing the card, using a tool like Display Driver Uninstall to clear current display drivers, then reinstalling the card and driver? You may know this already, but if, when you reinstall the card, you get a new device found pop-up from Windows asking if you want to install, click "No". It may or may not automatically reboot at that point. If not, then install the new driver and reboot. If it reboots automatically, just wait for the reboot to complete, then install the new driver and reboot.
