So I have had this problem for a couple of months now. While playing games my computer turns off and then turns back on after a second. I thought this might be cause by too high temperatures but I upgraded my cooling system and that still didn't help. Temperatures are normal but the PC still turns off. So I think it might be the PSU's fault. What are you thought? My CPU, GPU and Motherboard are all brand new bought couple of months ago but my GPU is like 2/3 years old.

CPU : Intel i7-4790k
GPU : MSI GTX 770
PSU : Corsair 750 W
Motherboard : Gigabyte Z97P-D3

It certainly could be the psu, it is quite likely the psu, in fact. Before changing the psu however, I would firstly suggest to check if your drivers (especially gpu and chipset drivers) are up to date.

Yeah that would be the best guess. All the software measured voltages are generally inaccurate. It depends on the motherboard, but generally it is inaccurate.

No it doesn't reboot when I stress the GPU with MSI Kombuster

I checked in the bios and it shows +12V as 12V so I guess it's ok
