To start off, whenever I play mainly Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on my pc, it tends to black screen for a few seconds and then do a reboot. This is a rare occurrence though, only once every past two or three months. I'm always on top of driver updates and any updates associated with Windows 10.

My full build is:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x,
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070Ti FE,
EVGA 80 Plus Bronze 650W PSU,
Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming II Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB RAM 2 x 16 (In dual channel) With speed of 3600 MHz
1TB Samsung 870 Evo series 2.5
500 GB PNY SSD (not sure of the full specs)

As given my full specs, where could my issue stem from?

I appreciate any given feedback.

Power spikes with the 3xxx series cards. Most people have solved this with going with a solid 850 unit like the corsair RM850X. That power supply is low tier and can not handle the spikes. This question gets asked weekly and needs a sticky at this point.

I really appreciate your response!

I was always questioned about the PSU since I recently purchased it w/ the graphics card.

I'll look into a decent 850W PSU and sell the one I have now.

If you want one fast, Most people have a bestbuy close to them and they sell the RM850X in most stores. Good luck!
