Greetings. I have recently purchased a new graphics card (a GTX 970) and with it a new PSU. The reasons for my purchase is that my old GPU burnt out and was no longer working. After installing my GPU and PSU, my computer would reboot around 2 minutes after boot up continuously. I tried fixing this by resetting my BIOS and it appeared to repair my computer for a short while; allowing me a few hours before the rebooting started again.

I have read in many places that this is likely a PSU issue, however my PSU should be sufficient for my build, according to multiple power consumption calculators.
My build is as follows:
GTX 970
AMD FX 6300
ASRock 960GM motherboard
2x 4GB Crucial DDR3 RAM
Western Digital 1TB HDD
Samsung 18x DVD ROM

Many thanks for your time and consideration.

Sorry didn't see the link , that PSU should definitely be enough. You could try to run the computer without the GPU installed to see if that eliminates the problem. If it does then it's either a faulty PSU or something wrong with the Graphics card.

Yeah, I've had no problems using the chipset graphics for a few hours.
