When Im playing games such as Saints Row or Battlefield even on the Lowest settings i get like 2 minutes in and my computer clicks off and resets, however, my monitors are both sitting on no signal. i have to reset the computer again to regain signal.
The GPU is so hot to the touch that it physically burns my hand. The room temp in my apartment stays around 65-70 Degrees at all times.

Attempted Solutions
1. Reset all connections going to my mainboard, CPU, GPU, PSU.
2. Applied fresh thermal paste to both the CPU and the GPU
3. Cleaned all 5 Case Fans, the PSU fan, the GPU fan, and the CPU fan.
4. Cleaned out ALL heatsinks including CPU and GPU heatsinks.
5. Cleaned out inside of the PSU.

Im coming to a conclusion that my GPU is overheating however, the games mentioned above i've never had a problem playing in the 9 months i've had this computer. Nothing is overclocked. Everything is stock settings, I had just wiped my HDD and reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate towards the END of April and this problem has just arisen within the past 2 or 3 days.

Mainboard: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX)
GPU: HIS Radeon HD 6750 1 GB (128bit) GDDR5
CPU: AMD Athlon 2 x2 270e Regor @ 3.4ghz (this is my bottleneck)
RAM : (x2) Corsair XMS3 4 GB 1333MHz
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600
HDD: Western Digital Black 1TB
CASE: Cooler Master HAF 912
MONITORS: ASUS VS197D-P 18.5-Inch HD LCD Monitor
(1 VGA 1 HDMI > VGA Converter)

the fan is longer then it is wide and the connector for the fan doesnt support reverse positioning as the cable isnt long enough 😛 I actually did manage to solve this by myself. Apparently the connection between the GPU Die and the Heatsink wasnt flush

That'll do it, nice find.
