Computer receiving power but not turning on

Just now I added a second graphics card to my computer, and I calculated the power needed which is fine (I have 600w PSU. The computer isn't turning on now, yet the motherboard and GPU LEDs are on and the lights on my keyboard are on. Help? I'm not sure if its a broken case or something else

Wait you have a Radon 7850 with a Geforce 210?

I was planning on attaching them to different monitors as I have a dual monitor setup

You can't use two different graphics card together. Let alone different companies

If you have two monitors then just plug them both into the 7850 and they will both work. Just make sure the Geforce 210 isn't in the computer.

I just tried turning on the machine without the Geforce, yet I got the same results

Which slot is the graphics card in?

The first slot, I haven't moved my main card at all from when the computer worked

Did you disconnect any power cables? Can you take a picture of the side with the panel open with your tablet and upload it to imgur then link it here?

I disconnected the power cable when working on the computer, but plugged it in during this photo

Make sure that the GPU power connector is really in there and not loose at all. Is that literally the only thing that was touched when you worked on it?

Oh and do you recall and shocks when touching a component?

I moved the cable ties and added a couple of wires to the bunch.i also moved around the wires connected to the power button, and I don't recall having any static socks either

Did you make sure the CPU power connector is really in the and not loose? It is normally in the upper left corner. 4 pin or 8 pin. Never more or less.

Yup, I just checked and it didn't affect it

Take out that GPU and put in the Geforce 210. Connect the monitor to the 210 and see if that works.

Didn't work. I sent it to a repairman and as I suspected, the power button on the case was broken and the computer is fine
