So over the past couple of weeks, during playing games and more recently rocket league, after about an hour of playing randomly it'll just crash and not respond anymore and it usually happens when I hit my microphone button even though it does work other times. After I end the programs after that I can't load any youtube videos, twitch streams, any other applications will just say that they've been started up but in the end its just an open process with nothing to show for. I'm usually good at troubleshooting problems like this, but this one has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated, thank you and have a great day.

Make model on the power supply? Are all drivers up to date, minus the Nvidia one? Unless something has changed in the last week, the latest drivers from Nvidia are giving people problems, and Nvidia was recommending people roll them back. Checked for any malware? Malwarebytes is a good tool to use for that.
