So I'm having an issue with one of my memory sticks, where it is getting recognized by the computer but it isn't being used for whatever reason.

wmic result: https://pastebin.com/LvRpaKq7
(the first one with Manufacturer=Corsair is the one having issues)

As you can see, I have 4 sticks - one 2GB, two 3GB, and the nonfunctional one, a 4GB stick. So in reality I should have 12GB of memory, however I've checked everywhere and it says I only have 8GB of memory. I'd assume that if a stick is in good enough shape to show the information there then it should be usable, and if it's dead then it shouldn't show up at all. So I'm kind of at a loss for what's going on here.

If anyone could give a possible explanation as to what's going on here, it would be greatly appreciated.

Motherboard Model (if it helps): DQ67SW (Intel)
Currently using Windows 10

You have 4GB, 2GB,1Gb,1GB modules - total 8GB.
There is no such thing as 3GB modules.
