Question Computer repair (Continuous short beeps (AWARD BIOS))

Hi,
I have Gigabyte z68ma-d2h-b3 (rev 1.3) motherboard with i7-2600k.
When I power on the computer it runs for 7-15 seconds and shuts down, during this time the graphics works and the screen displays normal boot.
Also during this time the computer speaker sounds "Continuous short beeps" which suggest "Power error", However the fans working nicely during the time the computer works (7-15 seconds).

What might be the problem?

Is there a known problem with power supplys that they can work for 15 seconds and shuts down?

In my own opinion, that quick would indicate a temperature problem to me. The thing that suggests power supply is the beep code, although overheating could cause any manner of issue to pop up.

Have you taken off the fan, cleaned and replaced the thermal paste?
