I had this pc not turning on and it turns out it was something to do with the USB 3.0 ports.
After I got it from the repair shop I tried to reset it and remove all of the files since I mostly installed random things that were most likely malware. I tried to reset it but it said
"There was a problem resetting your PC"
I then tried to run a system file checker scan but it didn't work and it said "Windows resource protection could not perfrom the requested operation".
I then tried to run the scan in safe mode but at the final of the scan I got:
"-+ (or) +-" is not recognized as an internal or external command or something like that..
Can anyone please help me? Is there any other ways to reset it? Also sorry for the bad english.
