Computer Restarted, could it be power supply?

I had installed a Rose Will ARC-650M power supply 4 months ago, it was working perfectly for 3 weeks until it started to take forever to shut down my computer, it boots up fast though but still do you guys think i should replace the power supply? I got a warrenty to refund for it.

specs:
CPU: A10 6700
GPU: Radeon HD 7750
RAM: 12GB
HDD: 1TB

if you did change your old psu for this one,and now it's doing this .then yes RMA time
