Computer Restarting on its own and Video is lagging.

So recently my computer has been restarting on its own with no reason at all. The system is not over heating which was a problem before. I have looked in the event logs and there are errors and I do not know what they mean it talks about a Dcom. I have not gotten any blue screens and my power supply if fine for the cpu and graphics card I have.Also the video on the computer is lagging and I was wondering if the restarts are a cause of it or maybe something else. The only recommendation that I have gotten is to factory reset my computer, but that seems like a last resort. If I need to provide any other specs I can. Any help is appreciated.

What OTHER specs? You didn't say anything besides the fact that it's restarting and that video is lagging, which are both problems and maybe not even related. You didn't even say what kind of video it was or what are you using to run it.

Other specs such as power supply, graphics card, etc. I wasnt really sure what to put to help anyone figure it out. The video lag honestly doesnt matter as much as to the reason why my computer is restarting though it was honestly a side note.
