[SOLVED] Computer restarting randomly even after new psu

So, my computer began to restart randomly when using during mid November of 2018. After it googling and such I came across a couple threads that said that it could possibly be the power supply. So I used the warranty on the one I had and received the new one a couple weeks ago.

The day I installed it I decided to leave a game to download overnight. In the morning I woke up to it with my GPU fans spinning really fast, with the screen blacked (This is different from the restarts that were happening and hasn't happened again). But last night I left another game to download overnight, and the restarts came back in the morning once I woke up and noticed that the client I was downloading the game on wasn't open.

I started the client again and minutes later my PC restarted again. The way it happens is it restarts, with fans running. So with that being said, I am now assuming that it wasn't the power supply and rather a different component inside my computer. Is there anything that I can do whether its programs or something else to try and isolate what it can be, any help is appreciated.
