Question Computer Restarting Under Load

Hello.
I hope it would not come to this but I am running out of options.
My computer will, in most instances, reboot when launching certain games, would occur even before they get to the menu. These games include Rust, Call of Duty: Cold War and sometimes GTA IV (Thanks consistency)
The parts my PC uses are practically all new besides the RAM. I did not notice the issue when I had not replaced my PSU, but as soon as my PSU and an M.2 arrived I installed them into my system.
The specs below are what I had when the issue occured:
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
Mobo: ASUS Rog Strix B550 F Gaming
GPU: 1050 ti
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 750 Gold V2 Fully Modular PSU
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16 GB DDR4

I have tried replacing my GPU with a 1060 3GB to see if it could have been the cause but the issue persists.
I did a fresh install of Windows since I thought it could have been a BIOS or driver issue, since I had moved from an Intel chipset.
Most recently I replaced my PSU with my old one, which is a Corsair VS 550w, the issue still persists.

Now I am looking at the culpret being my Motherboard, RAM or even my M.2.

On "Core Temp" Idle my CPU shows min 30° C on average.
On Task Manager my 1060 shows 40° C, my 1050 ti would be a little lower.
On CrystalDiskInfo my drives hover around 20° C to 30° C idle.
