Computer Restarting While Gaming

My build:

Intel Skylake i7-6700K 4.0 GHz
16 GB DDR4 RAM (G.Skill TridentZ 2 x 8GB DDR4-3200)
Samsung EVO 250GB SSD
NZXT Kraken X61 106.1 CFM Liquid Cooler
Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Cert Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

So, I'm not trying to play anything intense at all. Just Magic Online, Hearthstone, and World of Warcraft. Sometimes I'll open multiple tabs in my browser, watch Twitch streams, whatever.

This is my first time building a machine from scratch, so I might have done something wrong?

Anyways, when I'm doing things, the machine just restarts itself. It boots right back up immediately (since my boot time is like 5 seconds or less), and when I hold my hand over the fans (one in the back, where the plugs all go, one underneath, near the power supply, one on top), they're all cool. Also, I figure if it's overheating, it wouldn't boot back up right away. I'm not super familiar with liquid cooling systems, but I plugged everything in to the power supply and the board, so I dunno.

The only things I figure it can be is the RAM, or maybe the lack of video card? I've always thought that lack of video card would just make the display look poor or something. I'm using the motherboard's HDMI socket to plug into a 24" Samsung LED monitor.

You can test the ram with memtest86+.
Download it to a fat32 usb stick.
It does not use an os.
You should be able to complete a couple of full passes with NO errors.

Integrated graphics works well.
You might want to check that you have installed current drivers for the graphics and other components.

Rather than holding your hand over the fans, you need to download realtemp or speedfan - something to show you the actual temps your hardware is running at. If your temps are looking okay then it's possible that you got a bad psu, but your temps are the first thing I would check.

I forgot to mention as well, I bought a set of speakers, and I periodically (every 30 seconds?) hear the USB UNPLUG sound. Not the plug-in, but only the unplug.

Firefox with this website open
Chrome with imgur+ a twitch stream
World of Warcraft (idle in a major city on a high pop server)
Hearthstone (idle at main menu)
Magic Online is running an update
Task manager shows everything else

Obviously running Speccy, I have the battle.net client launcher open, and I'm in device manager looking at everything going on.

all of my drivers seem to be optimal/updated.
