[SOLVED] Computer restarting while launching games after Processor and Motherboard swap?

2 days ago I changed my processor from i5 4570 to ryzen 7 2700 with b450 tomahawk max 16 gb ram (8*2) installed everything fresh from windows to drivers but now as soon as any game or graphics stress is launched pc restart. Event viewer shows error 41 kernel power. If I disable GPU every test runs fine but with gpu it restarts. I csn watch movies on internet or downloaded fo other work. I found some thermal paste in MB socket, can it cause the problem?

So this is most likely a PSU issues. Random re-starts (mostly when system is at load) point to the PSU.

List your full specs, including PSU/GPU.
