[SOLVED] Computer restarts 3 times and then shows no signal

I recently got a new motherboard and have everything set up. All the fans spin from the and LEDs turn on. However a light from my motherboard from ram turns on and then the pc restarts and then it does the same thing a total of 3 times. Till it stays on with no lights on for the Debug LEDs but it shows no signal. I've tried two different graphics cards, 2 different ram sticks.

My processor is a i5 6500 LGA 1151
Motherboard is a B360 gaming plus
Ram ballistic sport ddr4 2400MHz

This video shows what I'm talking about. For some odd reason the quality looks crappy not sure if it's because I just posted it but the first light says "Dram" and right before it shuts off it switches to CPU

Although that CPU fits the socket. It will never work in that motherboard with the 300 Series chipset. It works in older 100 and 200 Series models.
