Everytime i boot up my computer it gets to a screen where it says Acer and then it reboots again. I do have access to my BIOS but thats all i can access until it reboots. I was putting my computer back to its clean state to make it quicker when something went wrong and it said i had to turn it off so i did and then the restart loop began and its been in that state for a couple of months. I asked a friend and he said that the operative system was deleted and that i had to buy a new license key to it since i cant find my own one. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

'Keys' for win8 and up are stored int he bios so no need to worry there. Usually you have a Recovery partition on the hdd that you can boot to to restore the factory image. Simply run that again if you have it.

If you don't know then please post the full model# from the back/bottom of the unit and more help will be forthcoming.

Popatim - The model of the computer is a Acer Predator G3-605. I dont have any access to my computer at all besides the BIOS. When i press F12 i get to choose my boot device. I can only choose the Windows Boot Manager but once tap enter it just restarts but when i do that it takes a bit more time to restart. Thanks for the help.
