Computer restarts randomly even after replacing most of the faulty parts.

Firstly, I would just like to thank anyone that is taking a moment out of their time to look at my computer problems.

Secondly, the problem that I've been facing for a couple of months and have failed to diagnose (even with the help of local repair shop).

A brief history on the problem:

The problem started to occur around about January and I've been experiencing random restarts (screen goes black; power is still on and the system reboots/restarts) that mainly occur when watching videos on YouTube (use Chrome; ram hogger), playing games, idle and using word processing software (Microsoft word and powerpoint etc). I've checked the event viewer to correlate the problem and it bring up a 41, Kernal error suggesting that the device had shut down, lost power etc (which is the problem but its not suggesting a problem). Moreover, there is no bluescreen to suggest a code or anything,

Now, this problem for a while didn't really effect me much as I don't usually do vital work on my computer; but eventually the problem developed into a boot loop and dead GPU and PSU (apparently). I was able to get the system out of a boot loop; but the problem continued onwards and I decided to send my computer in for repairs to diagnose and hardware that had died. This lead to the conclusion of the dead PSU and GPU according to their hardware testing software (PC doctor or something like that). They replaced the PSU and I replaced the GPU and I believed that this was the end of my problems.

This was until the problem reoccurred a week later (which was an improvement from every 2 days).

So, I then searched around for similar problems and most posts led back to "Its probably the PSU" or some would say that is was the GPU. Which had both been replaced within the system.

Then, I was recommended to run a seagate test to analyse if there was something wrong with the hard-drive (secondary storage device). The test failed instantly and I was recommend to replace the HDD as soon as possible and to back up any information that I need. Furthermore, there was bad blocks within the hdd suggesting that the hdd was failing.

So, once again I've replaced another part within the system and the problem still occurred one week later (and has happened today; only two days since the last restart).

Solutions tried (summary):

- Replacing the PSU
- Replacing the GPU
- Replacing the HDD
- Checked temps and they seem fine
- Fans are all running at a healthy rate

Specifications:

- Operating software = Windows 10 home
- Anti-virus = Malware bytes and Windows defender
- CPU = AMD FX-4300 (3.8/4 ghz, 4 cores, 4mb cache)
- Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (Bios is version F4 (10/19/2012))
- Memory = DDR3 16gb (2x8)
- GPU = NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4gb memory)
- PSU = Cooler master 700w bronze
- Storage = Seagate 2TB

Conclusion:

In the end i'm out of solutions and running out of money (should have just built a new pc). Another thing just to mentions is that the problem also occurs on a computer downstairs as well (so its not just my desktop upstairs).

Thanks for reading, and all help is appreciated greatly.

The repair shop that I took my computer to stated that "all the parts passed the hardware tests, other than the PSU and GPU".

I did not see this earlier.
Ever consider that it is the house power, and not the actual PC?

on your pc the error many not have been power supply and gpu it may have been bad vrm on the mb. if a vrm goes bad or over heats there can be bad ripple or the wrong power going into the mb. the hard drive issue can be caused from lose of power. (head crashes). if there been a lot sometime you have to format the drive to see if any of the errors will go away. on the other pc make sure there no ac or on the same line as the house fridge or ac. if there a big current draw a pc can shut down.

Hi, what do mean by "on the same line"? as in the same sockets? or an upstairs line etc?
