Question Computer restarts randomly regardless of load

I have tested all components and nothing comes up with any errors. I have even tested them individually in other systems. I have replaced all internal cables, reinstalled windows 10, fresh installed windows 7, updated all drivers, and still have the same result. System is HP 6300sff, Intel Core i5 3470 3.2GHz, 16GB ram, Radeon R7 250 2GB. Any ideas?

cpu core avg is 34/gpu is 36 (Celsius) while watching youtube and having this forum tab open
