Ok, so I have a CyberPowerPC Desktop computer with:

Windows 10 (64-Bit)
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
GTX 750-Ti (2GB VRAM)
750W PSU
Intel i5-4570 @3.2GHz

It was working fine until a few days ago, when me and mt brother tried to play Civilizations V. It got through the menu screen, all the way to world creation, then when the game was supposed to start, the computer restarted. I thought it was simply a corrupt save file, so I hit up another save file, again, restart. Then I created a new world, it ran for about 5 minutes then restart. I wanted to see if it was limited to Civ V, and to my surprise, the computer would restart with almost every game I have (I tested NBA 2K15, Metro Last Light, Phantom Pain). The only game that was not causing an issue was Minecraft, which runs just fine. I thought that the GPU could be dirty, so I cleaned the whole PC case, but it did not fix the problem. Also, I did a system restore to about 3 days before the problem started ocurring, but that also didn't fix the problem. Of course, I also scanned my computer 3 times with my antivirus (WebRoot), but it did not detect any viruses. I also disconnected the graphics card and plugged the monitor directly to the motherboard (Intel HD Graphics 4600) and to my surprise, the games were no longer causing the computer to restart (they were, however, running extremely slow, though that was expected). Could this mean that the graphics card is busted? I really can't afford a new one right now, and I would like to know if there is anything I can do to use the graphics card. I should also mention that all games were bought through Steam, except Minecraft of course.

Okay, GPU when idle is 37C, and CPU is somewhere at 64C

Yeah, 64C when idle. I'm monitoring CPU temp with CPUID HWMonitor, and stress tested the CPU with HeavyLoad. When stressed, the CPU got to 100C (the cores ranging from 94C to 100C). I also tried a stress test on the GPU (using FurMark), but the PC would shut down when the test is initialized.

PSU: What is the precise manufacturer and model #?

CPU: What CPU cooler do you have on it? Stock? If your CPU is hitting 94 Celsius to 100 Celsius, then you need to resolve that ASAP. Check to see if perhaps the cooler because dislodged from the CPU. If not then you'll need to take off the CPU cooler, clean the old thermal paste with isopropyl alcohol and reapply the appropriate amount of new thermal paste; application should be about the length of a single long grain of rice.

Can you take a photo of the inside of your case, and then upload it to Imgur, so that we can see if there are any air flow issues? I'm guessing that excess heat in your case is causing a component on your motherboard to reboot the system. The PSU is another possible cause. The event should be stored in your Windows event viewer if it's a component causing the reboot. A 750 Ti should not be a big enough source of heat to cause rebooting. Please answer back as soon as you can. The CPU overheating issue has to be solved.

Your PC is shutting down due to it's high CPU temps, try reapplying your thermal paste and reseating the cooler.

The PSU is:
LSP Ultra Professional 750 ATX Power Supply
The CPU cooler is the stock intel cooler. I remember removing the cooler once and putting it back into place. Would doing that actually require new thermal paste? If so, I never applied any (I don't have any). I'll upload the pictures in a minute

I'll try it though I will need to buy thermal paste (so I'll have to wait until it arrives). But, I left the CPU stress test run for 10 minutes, and the cpu stayed at a constant 100C temp. Only when I tried the GPU stress test it shut down, like .3 seconds after the test began.

Yes, you absolutely need to put paste. I recommend that you stop running stress tests until you do. Your problem will very likely be solved once you do. If I were you, I'd leave the case open, and on the side, so that the motherboard is facing the ceiling Just make sure that there are no drinks anywhere near it. If you feel that you have to play games, then run a fan and point it at the motherboard, until you receive the paste.

Side note: This has nothing to do with resolving your issue, but if this were my computer I would (1) replace stock cooler with hyper 212 evo and (2) replace power supply with EVGA g2 650. Your brand of power supply is bad.

Alright, will, do. Though, I should mention, I live in a tropical island where average temp is 32C, don't know if that would affect anything.

It will make your temps a bit higher than mine for instance but it won't make the CPU overheat.

Awesome photos! If you didn't have that dvd-rom drive in that top drive cage, I'd recommend removing the entire top cage to assist with airflow. That action alone would not resolve your CPU heating issue, but every little bit helps. That is a tiny motherboard by the way. What's very cool is that at least your issue is easily solved. Many people on this forum aren't that lucky.

The 750 Ti is a great card. I know Twitch streamers who play 1st person shooters at 60 FPS, with settings turned down. You should have a fantastic experience once you get that thermal paste applied.

Ah, yes, I forgot to mention, in the front, bottom part of the case there is a fan pointing inwards to cool down the HDD, and the top fan is pointing upwards. From the angle that I took the pictures, the lid is transparent and has holes for either 2 fans (i think 4 inch fans) or a big 8-10 inch fan. Which one would be more efficient? I could also add a fan in the bottom of the case, next to the PSU. Also, what do you mean with the DVD thing? Move it to the top?

Side note: I will buy the thermal paste tomorrow, along with the CPU cooler that you reccomended. However, I'll stick with this PSU for now, next time I get money to upgrade my PC (Which is going to be the Motherboard and CPU) I will buy another PSU.

! Important: If you buy the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, it comes with thermal paste. You do not need to buy an additional tube of thermal paste. I live in NY, and here in the US it cost about $30, although sometimes it's on sale for $5 less. Below is a link to it, so you can see what I'm talking about. Warning, it's HUGE. You will be pretty shocked when you get it out the box. It's a great cooler for a great price.

Thanks, you just saved me 7$, i had already added the Thermal Paste to the cart in Amazon, luckily I had not bought it yet.

Alright, so I have now installed thermal paste to the CPU and the heatsink (Still waiting for the EVO 212 to arrive), and temps have dropped to 40C when idle and 60C when stressed, however, the computer still restarts when I try to play games. I should also mention that it restarts when attempting GPU stress tests.
