Question Computer Restarts While Playing Game

Hi guys,

New to the forum here. I've been having this issue for days and I can't figure it out.
Each time I try to play Car Mechanic Simulator 2018, my PC resets on its own, I can't even get past starting a new profile in the game.
When I play Arma 3, it's crashed at random times but I can at least somewhat play the game.

Its just a black screen, no error code, I hear a computer fan whine high during the restart for a few seconds.

I've flashed updated the BIOS
Drivers are up to date, including GPU utilizing GeForce Experience app.
I've done over-clocking and defaults settings (still resets comp)
I changed power settings from "Balanced" to "High Performance", results are the same (still resets comp)
I've also tested each stick of RAM.

My PSU is brand new from newegg.
I ordered my PSU based off the GPU's requirement which was 650watt PSU.
Is this a PSU issue?

PSU: CORSAIR CV Series CV650 650W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Non-Modular Power Supply
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Do you think overheating could be an issue? Have you checked your temperatures when at a high load (in Arma 3 or in Car Mechanic Simulator)?

I only monitored the temp of the CPU which did not exceed 72 degrees Celsius
