So I'm having an issue with my computer where the computer will just randomly restart when I'm playing a game. I did some troubleshooting on my own and realized that the GPU got to upwards of 90% usage when playing games (specifically Minecraft in fullscreen, Valorant, and occasionally League of Legends) while the CPU remained at usages of around 1-5% usage. Then suddenly the pc restarts. I tried overclocking the GPU with MSI afterburner but that didn't work.
PC Parts are as follows:
  • Ryzen 7 3700X
  • Corsair H100i
  • Asus TUF X570-PLUS
  • G.Skill Trident Z (2x8 GB)
  • Western Digital Blue 500 GB
  • Segate Barracuda Compute 2 TB (7200RPM)
  • Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB
  • EVGA BQ 600W 80+ Bronze PSU
  • Phanteks Eclipse P400

Solution
to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

BIOS of the motherboard is up to date?

set PCIE3.0 instead of AUTO in the bios of the motherboard

check temperatures of your CPU and GPU

did you overclock your system?
Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the bios priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
